About Us

My journey began in the late-1990s at Intergis, a fast-growing logistics SaaS startup where I learned how to build, scale, and modernize operations inside a high-growth environment. I helped integrate divisions, modernize the platform, and prepare the company for private equity acquisition, ultimately contributing to a successful exit.

From there, I moved into healthcare, leading digital modernization, enterprise analytics, operational redesign, and regulatory initiatives at Cigna, where we improved affordability, strengthened compliance, and modernized population analytics across a 10,000-employee organization impacting 14M+ customer lives.

At NTT DATA, I led transformation for a healthcare services business, embedding AI, automation, and digital operating models into claims, revenue cycle, CX, and clinical workflows. Our work generated millions in client value, boosted EBITDA, expanded margins, and enabled hundreds of millions in CMS reimbursement for our clients.

 

At Salesforce, I led enterprise-wide transformation across GTM and profesional services organizations, modernizing operations, accelerating monetization, aligning executives around AI-first practices, and supporting integration governance for a major acquisition.

Through EverRise Now, I advise healthcare organizations, tech companies, digital health ventures, and PE-backed enterprises on strategy, operations, digital enablement, and regulatory excellence.
